Sharde Bullard, board member

Sharde is a Philadelphia native, who relocated to Federal way, WA. As a teenager she developed a love for dance to cope with her new environment. In this discovery she realized the impact of structure, leadership and guidance can make a tremendous difference in someone’s life. This inspired Sharde to become a dance Coach for Illahee Middle School for 3 years. The removal of the dance program shifted Sharde's focus to look elsewhere to give back, in which she co-founded Phenomenal She.

She brings with her over 5 years of Marketing experience done on a national level for Nordstrom to her role in Public Relations. Her goal is to continually inspire the youth to embrace their identities and gain confidence with not only their inner beauty but unique personalities. To pay it forward to those who seek to find themselves. Most importantly have young women understand your differences is what makes you beautiful.

She stands by the quote of the late great Maya Angelou " If you always try to be normal you will never know how amazing you can be" In memory of her Father, Mother and Brother she strives to finish where they left off, which is to make an impact in her community.
