The mission of the Phenomenal She Post-Secondary Education (PSE) Scholarship is to enrich the educational experience and environment for a young woman of color who has graduated high school or received a GED and is beginning her post-secondary education this year, by providing a one-time grant of $1,000 to serve as financial support for this student.
